Natural Healing

Many of us are natural healers. It runs in our blood lines. Sometimes it skips a generation. Some of us have it, we just need to learn how to use it.

I have used natural healing all of my life. At first, I didn’t know I was doing it. I asked my husband, at the time, why he was always grabbing my hand and putting it on his stomach. He said that it made it feel better. He had a lot of ulcer problems. This is when I first really started paying attention to energies. I knew that my grandmother and great grandmother did things but never really understood that I had abilities too.

Over the years I took all kinds of classes that had to do with healing. Some of them I agreed with and others I didn’t. Take what feels right for you and throw the rest away.

Many of the classes only dealt with one specialty. I believe we can use two or more together which would amp up the process.

If you can hold your hands over an afflicted area and heal it, then that’s great. Some people need to give the left brain something to focus on while the right side of the brain is working. Also, stones, herbs, chakras and more can help the process along as well. Things can be as complex or as simple as you would like. Do what feels right for you.

Rapha No-Ni

On the side is a symbol, which represents the Rapha No-Ni of the Deithean Interfaith Group.

Rapha No-Ni is two old names which I combine together to give it power. Rapha is a Hebrew word for restore and healing. and No-Ni is a Cherokee word for medicine.

You can use it about anywhere but first I want to tell you how to use it on the body.

The Triangle is the body. Start at the top of the head (1), go down to the left hip (2), cross over to the right hip (3) and then back to the top of the head (1). Drawing a triangle.

At the top of the head starting from the point of the triangle, draw an arrow going away from the body (4) to send negativity and/or illnesses away from the body.

Then go to the left hip at the left point and draw an arrow (5) going away from the body sending energy away from the body such as pain, and the same at the right point for the hip (6) such as illness leaving the body.

Next start at the two o’clock position and draw an arrow diagonally (7) going toward the center of the body, which is balance, and bring in healing energies for the healing to begin.

Then the same goes for the two o’clock position (8) to bring centering and then the ten o’clock position (9). Bringing in healing energies and restoration.

This can be done for the whole body and/or a targeted area. This can also be drawn for objects which need healing energies such as medication, your desk chair, your pillow, and so on.
