Call Elements:

(Barbara) Elements of Earth we call to thee,

Your ground is our home.

We say, Hail and Welcome!

 

(Kelli) Elements of Water we call to thee,

Your waters cleansing for our souls.

We say, Hail and Welcome!

 

(Jen) Elements of Fire we call to thee,

Your fires of the hearth are warming.

We say, Hail and Welcome!

 

(Tara) Elements of Air we call to thee,

Your crisp winds bring whispers.

We say, Hail and Welcome!

 

Call center:

Ancients, Elders, and loved ones past we call to thee,

Your messages upon the winds come through to us this time of year.

This is a space within both places where we can share our love.

We say, Hail and Welcome!

 

Poem

 

Ring bell

Light candles while calling out names of loved ones passed.

 

This is the end of our year. What do you want to let go of?

Write this down and burn the paper knowing that this is gone.

 

This is the beginning of our new year. Write down what new ideas you are going to begin and later put this paper in a safe place. Look at it often and do the work to get this done.

 

Pull card for new year.

Remind everyone to put a plate of food outside for our loved ones.

 

Dismiss center:

Ancients, Elders, and loved one’s past,

We thank you for coming to our ritual.

We say with love that it is time to go.
